Its original name Micmac means a bird
sanctuary. This magnificent golf course is situated along the Pokemouche
River where lays the heart of the Acadian Peninsula. It offers you a breathtaking
scenery of the lakes, trees and fairways on all 18 holes. Long drives are originaly 5967 yards long for a normal
score of 72.The landscaping
designed by architect John Watson emphases the most
distinguished fairways and yet challenges your skills in every detail. We are proud to
welcome andsatisfy golfers of all categories at the Pokemouche Golf course. Golf Pokemouche is situated amidst the Acadian Peninsula and located at equal distance from the towns of Caraquet, Shippagan and Tracadie-Sheila.
